Refund terms & conditions
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. All sales are final. Cocoa Made reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including the packing slip. Contact us if you need to report a damaged or missing item in your order.
If for any reason you will be returning a product to us, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
