DIY Sea Salt Soak

Fill your tub with warm and add the following:

  • 1 cup of fine grain dead sea salt
  • 1 cup of epsom salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of baking soda (optional)
  • 10 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional)

Sit back and relax for 20 minutes or more. Repeat 3 to 4 times a week.
