Not only is breakfast the most skipped meals of the day, it's also the most important. It gives your body a much needed boost after being in slumberland for several hours.

- 1/2 c. Silk coconut milk. You can use organic coconut milk, but keep in mind that it's high in calories and fat.
- 1/4 c. yogurt (we used Greek vanilla, but you can use dairy free and/or unsweetened)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- Coconut flakes and chia seeds to garnish (optional)
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup or glass, add garnish and enjoy!
If your blender is having trouble blending, due to the consistency of the smoothie, add a little water until it reaches the desired consistency.
