CREAMY COCONUT MANGO SMOOTHIE TO START YOUR DAY

Eating healthy is part of self-care too!

Not only is breakfast the most skipped meals of the day, it's also the most important. It gives your body a much needed boost after being in slumberland for several hours.

Recipe

  1. 1/2 c. Silk coconut milk. You can use organic coconut milk, but keep in mind that it's high in calories and fat.
  2. 1/4 c. yogurt (we used Greek vanilla, but you can use dairy free and/or unsweetened)
  3. 1 small frozen banana
  4. 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  5. Coconut flakes and chia seeds to garnish (optional)

Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup or glass, add garnish and enjoy!

If your blender is having trouble blending, due to the consistency of the smoothie, add a little water until it reaches the desired consistency.
